Our Ethos

Curated mt is the evolution of nearly three decades spent inside the world’s most ambitious hospitality environments. Originally founded as Creative Spa Concepts by Mindy A. Terry in 2000, our work now spans 45+ projects across more than 20 countries and six continents. From boutique wellness retreats to large-scale urban resorts, we bring uncommon insight to spaces that want to offer more-but don’t yet know what that is.

From full-service spa and wellness concepts to property-wide amenity strategies, our work often begins with space—but always includes system. We architect not just environments, but the rhythms behind them: brand voice, operational flow, guest experience, and long-term viability. Whether as lead strategist or quiet collaborator, we’re invited in when something essential hasn’t yet been named.

The Spa at Esperanza an Auberge Resort – Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
A soulful cliffside retreat shaped by land, lineage, and light. The redesign honored local traditions through treatments inspired by the indigenous medicine wheel—woven with warmth, reverence, and sensory richness. One of the most meaningful concepts we’ve ever created. (Done under Hutchinson Consulting.)

Vikasa Yoga Retreat – Koh Samui, Thailand
Founded by visionary Kosta Miachin, Vikasa is a globally recognized yoga retreat known for its transformative experiences and vibrant community. Our collaboration focused on implementing robust systems and operational architecture to enhance profitability—aligning Vikasa’s ethos with sustainable growth.

The Wellhouse at Blackberry Farm – Tennessee, USA
An immersive retreat built around the concept of Deep Healing Woods—a seasonal, sensory journey rooted in the natural rhythm of the land. This sanctuary quietly became one of the most celebrated spa destinations in the country, without ever losing its stillness or soul.

The Spa at Glenmere Mansion – New York, USA
A European-style bath house hidden inside a Hudson Valley estate. This spa was designed as a portal—intimate, cinematic, and transportive. Later named the #1 Romantic Hideaway in the World by Hideaways.com.
